This reducer is a dimensional equivalent to the popular TXT series gearboxes and will even work with all TXT compatible accessories. Also for new applications we can supply a full line of motor mounts, belt guards, tapered bushings, and backstops. One thing that really makes this a premium quality reducer is that both the shafts and gears are manufactured from a high grade steel, then case hardened, and then precision ground to A.G.M.A. Standards. The reducer also uses premium ball and tapered bushings for smooth operation and lower noise. All shafts use metal reinforced double lip seals to prevent oil leakage and articles from getting in. Then to wrap it all up the housing is made of a heavy duty FCD45 cast iron for corrosion resistance.
