Acid-Alkali Resistant Pipe Rubber EPT Belt For Chemical Industry
Construction:
Using high tesion fabric or steel cord as the belt reinforcement, and covered top and bottom with good quality abrasion resistant rubber compound. The belt gradually roll into type U and finally into type tubular during operation, conveying materia EPT under a hermitic condition.
Acid-alkali Resistant EPT Belts are mo EPT commonly made of EP or NN (Nylon) fabric. It is produced through the processes of calendering, firming and vulcanizing.
It is suitable for conveying various corrosive pointless lumps, granular or powders such as coal, coke, sand and cement in either bulk or packaged materials under normal room temperature.
The edges of the belt can be customized depending on the required use, can either be cut-edged or mould-edged.
